Chapter 11 and 12.
Because these cases are more complex and unusual, they require significantly higher retainer amounts. Chapter 12 cases retainers usually run in excess of $10,000. Mr. Hunter is no longer handling Chapter 11 cases.
Creditor Representation
We represent creditors in bankruptcy at a straight hourly rate. At this time we do not handle creditor representation on a contingency fee basis, or a flat fee fee basis.
